We have been delivering qualifications since 2010 and have had hundreds of learners succeed. Our company was set to address the hard to reach communities for example people who find it impossible to attend mainstream college due to either their job roles or other barriers.
We have worked with Foster-Carers, Domiciliary Care Workers and have supported individuals from disadvantaged groups to assimilate into studying and employment positions.
Our flexible approach meant they were supported in their learning even out of hours. We have learners who have progressed both academically and in their work. A few Care Support Workers obtained Level 3 Diploma with us and went on to University to study Nursing and some Social Work. Other students returned for further studies with us for Level 5 and are currently running there on Domiciliary Services.
These success stories have earned SMAT an Award in Innovation & Excellence Award 2017 and Excellence in Business Consultancy Services in 2019
