Managing Director, Grace Matambanadzo heads the skilled team at SMAT. She has a wealth of knowledge and having worked with various SMEs from start-up to successful businesses for over ten years, she has acquired a sound understanding of all aspects of business. For the past fifteen years Grace has specialised in leadership training and consultancy up to board level. Her hands-on approach and her involvement in customer retention ensure all clients receive a service designed to exceed their expectations.

SMAT has a team of qualified and experienced MBA and Social Worker graduates who drive the organisation and our client’s strategically through the turbulent business environment. The consultants and trainers are experts and creative, each chosen for their specialist expertise. As a team, we strive to offer a quality service with ongoing support and commitment.
